Level of Difficulty: Easy
Serves: ~18

The Superbowl and Chinese New Year are almost here. I thought it is time for a awesome  gluten free appetizer recipe.

Bacon Wrapped Cherries

Bacon Wrapped Cherries, have been a breakfast tradition for Christmas since I was born and they are a great savory addition to party. The savory bacon complements the sweet cherries.

Bacon Wrapped Cherries

Directions
    1. Drain the Cherries and set them in a bowl lined with paper towel to continue to drain. Set aside.

    2. Pre-heat the oven to 400F.

    3. Line a cookie sheet with foil.
    4. Cut the strips of Bacon in half and wrap half a strip around a cherry. Secure the bacon with a tooth pick. Place them on the foil lined cookies sheet.
    5. Bake at 400F for 10 minutes and drain the fat from the pan. Then bake for additional 10 minutes till the bacon is crispy.
